Exactly what others have said.. THESE ARE NOT QUALITY!!. Not even 4 full years old and the doors have been replaced three times. Wood is bubbling, coming through looks dirty when it is actually the wood, turning yellow and they do not all match. I am completely disgusted and frustrated by the responses I have received. Do you use them all the time? Do you have kids? There under the sink and water drips down?? Really what is the point of kitchen that you can't use everyday or have a sink in?? Kids can't reach have the places that the cracks are happening and staining. The hearth about the stove cracking? Is that because of heat?? What a shame. Website says lifetime warranty really because I was told this is the last time they will be replaced.

Buyer beware! Quality isn't their. Also, Took 12 weeks after order was placed. Suggest anyone to make sure you have all the pieces prior to tearing our your old kitchen. Otherwise, you will be waiting another 12 weeks. UGH!

Do not buy these cabinets... they don't paint them well. Less than 3 years and they are already chipping like crazy. Very bad finish coat on them, there are areas that aren't smooth to touch. When I called the company they would not help me... said I had to work with the installer who is not getting back to me.

I've helped install hundreds of waypoint cabinets. Occasionally there were defects. We never had any problems getting defected pieces replaced free of charge and in a timely fashion

I ordered Waypoint from a dealer my contractor worked with. The Cherry Java cabinets are not well stained. The painted hazelnut are not representative of their sample. I also ordered a bathroom vanity. Both the kitchen sink and vanity cabinets have tilt out trays, but two completely different trays. The cabinets were installed in November 2019 and Waypoint was made aware of the defects. It would have been nice for them to inspect within a few months BEFORE quarantine. So, it took 1-1/2 years for inspection. The dealer and rep did replace a few panels and provided me with stain to fix the rest of the issues, because I have nothing better to do but stain my new cabinets. In fairness, they did give me a tray divider. My contractor flaked, so I hired someone who is clearly sharper because he found two warped doors. He also said one tilt-out was factory installed and the other is a slamming Rev-a-Shelf. You would think a dealer and a rep would know their products. Since I paid for an upgrade, both tilt out trays should be factory installed. I am still trying to get the warped doors replaced.

We ordered new kitchen cabinets that were delivered on June 23, 2020. When we received the cabinets, the quality was not as expected. They did not match the sample they showed us at the dealer store nor did it match the description from their manufacturing website. It is absolutely unacceptable and we would have never ordered it if we knew this was the quality of work we would receive. To be honest, it looks like a two-year-old painted these cabinets. Waypoint customer service is nonexistent. They are sending us back to the dealer and then the dealer does not help us either to resolve the issue.

Recently my husband and I built a home in Kingman, AZ. The builder insisted on using Waypoint Cabinets!!! Boy, what a mistake!!! We put over $70,000 into cabinets in our new home -- it took a Semi truck just to deliver the load. We have now completed the build on our home and are in the process of actually working with the cabinets. In our sewing studio, when placing items on the shelves in the upper cabinets, the shelf visibly bows within an hour!!! The pullouts in the lower cabinets are flimsy and won't hold much weight. They are actually meant to be used -- they are that cheap. Another major issue with the cabinets is the frame work. If on your plan you have a 6" drawer -- that is only the width of the drawer. The actual usable drawer is only 3" -- 50% reduction in actual usable space. The cabinets aren't quite as bad -- there is only about a 20% reduction in space there. In other words, if the plan is calling out a 32" wide 2 door cabinet, the width between the framework of the cabinet is only 26"!! In the cabinets with adjustable shelves, the holes in the sides of the cabinets to place the pegs to hold the shelves are not evenly space through the height of the cabinets. There is about an 8" gap between two sets of evenly spaced peg holes. Prevents a person from truly utilizing the cabinets fully. Very Frustrated!!! This was the largest mistake we made with this home -- selecting Waypoint for our cabinets.

I am a design professinal whom sells Waypoint Living Spaces Cabinetry. I can honestly say the customer service they provide me and my customers is beyond amazing. They offer a wonderful product , ESPECIALLY for the lower price point. Waypoint Living Spaces offers a wonderful American Made Product for the cost of the Chinese RTA Cabinet (JSI , J&K,Sunnywood, ETC.) but at a FAR superior quality and value

I know and love the Waypoint brand in various ways. 1. I used their products for my personal home renovation and could not be happier. 2. I work for a home design company and Waypoint is our preferred brand of cabinets. We love the finishes and options available! As a customer and from feedback from our clients, I can say we can highly recommend Waypoint Living Spaces to EVERYONE. Reading these testimonials below, I would imagine these are easy fixes as things happen and I am sure if someone actually approached them everything would be fixed. That said as a person who sells their products also there are people that can't be pleased, so I always take reviews with a grain of salt. Keep up the good work and keep improving!

Don't buy cabinets from Waypoint Living Spaces. Their cabinets are junks and the customer service is horrible. The territory's manager, Keith, is a liar and he does anything possible to avoid taking responsibility of their product. He didn't even schedule a site visit and keeps telling me and my contractor these horrible looking cabinets are perfect and totally meet their specification, he told my contractor today that they will NOT replace any of these doors and will NOT do anything to help with the situation. So I'm basically stuck with these junks...... Please see the attached pictures of our cabinets, anyone can see these cabinets are not acceptable, 99% of the doors came like that, it looks like someone ran a big blue marker on every single door and drawer(Houzz only let me posted 4 pictures). I called a few different cabinets companies and they told me these cabinets are completely poorly made and shouldn't even be able to pass the product quality control. I should've went with the other brand but it's too late now. We're currently seeking for legal help and will absolutely keep posting these pictures on the internet to warn people about this company. Their products are horrible and they have zero customer service. They do NOT stand by their product like they said and will NOT even try to address any issues for their paying customers. Stay away from them!

As a professional bathroom and kitchen remodeler, we love using Waypoint products. Waypoint cabinetry is very good quality and their cabinets are custom made. They're all plywood construction and they offer all soft close drawers and doors. They have a limited Lifetime warranty that backs up their products. Their customer service staff has always been very helpful.
